|1 cups||Vanilla Vodka|
Sprinkle gelatin over cold root beer in a saucepan; let stand for 1 minute. Heat root beer/gelatin mixture to a low simmer until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes. Off the heat, stir in the vanilla vodka. Pour mixture into individual shot glasses. Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours. Top each shot with a dollop of whipped cream.
For a more festive feel, pipe whipped cream using a piping bag and a small round decorating tip in the design of football laces.
