Tropical Fruit Smoothie

Pre-frozen fruits (banana, strawberries, and mango) are blended with orange, pineapple and coconut juice, plus milk, to make this smoothie.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 mango, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup pineapple-coconut juice, chilled
  • 2 cups milk (I use low fat)
  • Fresh mint and strawberies (for garnish)

Method

Put all ingredients in a blender; blend just until thick and creamy. Pour into tall, pre-chilled glasses; garnish with fresh mint and strawberries.

 

Notes:

 

Number of Servings: 3-4 depending on size of glass
