Tropical Freeze

Fresh strawberries are whirled in the blender along with non-alcoholic pina colada drink mix. Lime sherbet and white chocolate ice cream are added and blended until smooth.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
• 1  10.5-ounce can of frozen non-alcoholic pina colada drink mix (such as Bacardi), thawed
• 1 cup lime sherbet, softened
• 1 pint white chocolate ice cream, softened
• 4 whole strawberries, washed
• 4 lime slices

Method

Combine the 2 cups strawberries and the pina colada mix in the container of an electric blender. Process until smooth. Add lime sherbet and white chocolate ice cream; process the mixture until it is well blended and smooth. Pour the mixture into 4 frosted glasses, and garnish the rim of each glass with one of the whole strawberries and a lime slice. Serve immediately. Makes about 4 cups or 4 servings.
