Tummy Taming Pear & Ginger Smoothie (dairy Free)

As a Celiac (gluten free) and dairy fre person with many other food allergies, there are times I have to literally live on smoothies for days on end. This is one of my favorite tummy tamers when my tummy is not happy with me.

Ingredients:

1½ cup Diced Pears, canned okay-drained
½ cup Soy Peach Yogurt
½ cup Pear Nectar, or saved pear juice from canned
1 tsp Lemon Juice
¼ tsp Freshly Grated Ginger
3-5 Ice Cubes
1 Scoop Rice Protein Powder
Mint Spring, optional

Directions:

Place the pears, yogurt, nectar, lemon juice, rice protein and gingeroot in blender. Process until smooth. Add ice cubes and process until the ice is small. Garnish with a spring of mint
