Vanilla Cardamom Lassi Chilled Yogurt Soup

A creamy drink or chilled soup--yogurt and soy milk with honey, cardamom and cinnamon.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain organic yogurt
  • 2 cups organic unsweetened vanilla soymilk, cold
  • 4 tablespoons organic honey
  • 2 teaspoons cardamom powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Method

Put ingredients into a large jar, close jar tightly, and shake until everything is frothy and combined.

 

Notes: This is a refreshing beverage, perfect for breakfast or a pick-me-up in the afternoon. It would also work served in bowls as a chilled soup, with samosas or tandoori chicken sandwiches.
