Vanilla Date Smoothie

Real vanilla and dates are a great flavor for this healthy smoothie that makes for a great start in the morning or a pick me up in the afternoon.
Ingredients
- 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 tsp natural vanilla, not imitation
- 1 cup crushed ice
