Vanilla Date Smoothie

Real vanilla and dates are a great flavor for this healthy smoothie that makes for a great start in the morning or a pick me up in the afternoon.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 tsp natural vanilla, not imitation
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth; pour into glass.
