Yummy Breakfast Shake

A creamy-smooth and nutritious breakfast smoothie made iwth bananas, yogurt and skim milk.
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe banana
- 7 ice cubes
- 1 package of Nutra-sweet
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup skim milk

Method
Combine all ingredients using blender, Pour into glass and serve. You can substitute any fruit. You can also use flavored yogurt. Your imagination is the limit.
